Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has commenced and work has begun.

2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel before any work begins, we will refund 80% of the advance payment. A 20% processing fee will be deducted.

3. Cancellation After Work Starts

Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. You will receive all completed work up to the cancellation point.

4. Project Delays

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline due to our fault, you may request a partial refund or project continuation at no extra cost.

5. Unsatisfactory Work

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you're unhappy with deliverables:

  • Request revisions within the agreed scope
  • Provide specific feedback for improvements
  • Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction

6. Subscription Services

Monthly maintenance or subscription services can be cancelled anytime. No refunds for partial months.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
