Hosting Manager / WHMCS Expert

We are looking for an experienced Hosting Manager / WHMCS Expert who can manage hosting operations, handle WHMCS configuration, and assist customers with hosting-related queries.
This role requires strong technical understanding of web hosting, cPanel/WHM, DNS, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage shared, reseller & VPS hosting operations
Handle WHMCS setup, automation, invoicing, modules & support tickets
Provide client support via Phone, Email & Live Chat
Troubleshoot hosting issues (cPanel, DNS, Emails, SSL, Nameservers, etc.)
Coordinate with server team for technical escalations
Maintain client accounts, renewals, and service updates
Monitor hosting performance & ensure uptime
Assist in onboarding new hosting clients

Requirements
Strong experience with WHMCS (mandatory)
Good knowledge of cPanel / WHM / DNS / Hosting Servers
Ability to solve hosting-related technical issues
Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Laptop + Stable Internet connection
Experience in hosting support is a big plus

Salary
₹9,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
Performance-based increments available
