Location: All over India (Work From Home or Office)
Salary: Commission Basis – 20% of Every Sale
Example: If one lead closes at ₹10,000, you earn ₹2,000.
No maximum limit — Unlimited earnings!

About the Role
RedX Studios & Technologies is looking for energetic and skilled Tele Sales Executives with technical understanding to explain our IT/digital services to clients. You will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and closing sales.

Call potential customers and explain our technical & digital services
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain follow-up communication
Understand client requirements and provide solutions
Maintain records of calls, leads, and closures
Requirements
Must know Hindi, Bengali & English (good communication)
Basic knowledge of IT/technical services
Confident, energetic, and good convincing skills
Smartphone/Laptop + Internet connection
Previous tele sales experience is a plus
Earning Example
Sale Amount: ₹10,000 → Your earning: ₹2,000
Sale Amount: ₹50,000 → Your earning: ₹10,000
No cap on maximum earning. Your hard work = Your income!
